Terms and Conditions

Standard Delivery: 72 hours from receipt of payment and document. This is our standard service level.

Express Delivery: 24 hours from receipt of payment and document. Available for a 30% premium. Subject to availability and document complexity.

Turnaround times are calculated during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM GMT). Documents received over weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.

Standard Pricing: £34 for the first 1,000 words, then £17 for each additional 1,000 words or part thereof.

Express Pricing: Standard pricing + 30% premium for 24-hour turnaround.

Word count is determined by Microsoft Word count feature. Prices are quoted upon document review and must be accepted before work begins. Payment is required before commencement of proofreading.

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and personal information. Your work will not be shared, stored permanently, or used for any purpose other than providing the requested proofreading service.

Documents are securely deleted from our systems within 30 days of completion unless requested otherwise. We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

We do not use your work for training purposes, artificial intelligence development, or any other secondary use.

Our proofreading service is designed to help you present your own work in the best possible way while maintaining academic integrity. The ideas, arguments, and content remain entirely your own.

You are responsible for ensuring that using a proofreading service complies with your institution's academic policies. Most UK universities allow proofreading for grammar and clarity, but we recommend checking with your institution if unsure.

We provide track changes and comments so you can see exactly what has been modified and learn from the improvements made.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will work with you to address concerns or provide a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds may be requested if:

• The work is not completed within the agreed timeframe
• The quality of proofreading does not meet professional standards
• Technical issues prevent delivery of the completed work

Refunds are not available after 7 days from delivery or if the document has been submitted to your institution.

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the proofread document, including but not limited to academic outcomes, university decisions, or career impacts.

You are responsible for reviewing all changes and ensuring the final document accurately represents your work.
